Founded as the electric motor subsidiary of Yılmaz Redüktör A.Ş., ELK Motor operates from a 50,000 m² closed facility in Çerkezköy Organized Industrial Zone, Tekirdağ, Turkey. The company manufactures three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motors covering IEC frame sizes 63 through 315.
All production processes — casting, CNC machining, rotor/stator winding, VPI impregnation, and final testing — are performed in-house. Motors hold UL recognition for the US market (component recognition for use in UL-listed equipment). Available in IE2, IE3, and IE4 efficiency classes with ATEX certification for ex-proof variants.
